CODE OF ETHICS

The principles of conduct

The Code of Ethics sets the principles of conduct towards customers, suppliers, employees and public administration: legality, transparency, confidentiality and rejection of any form of corruption. It applies to anyone acting for PetaBit.

ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE DECREE 231/2001

Organisational Model

The organisation, management and control Model prevents the offences underlying corporate administrative liability. The general part is public; as allowed for small entities (art. 6, par. 4 of Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001), supervision of the Model is carried out directly by the director. Confidential reports go through the whistleblowing channel.

ANTI-CORRUPTION

Anti-corruption policy

Zero tolerance for active and passive corruption in any form: tracked gifts, declared conflicts of interest, documented supplier selection.

INFORMATION SECURITY

Security policy

The information security policy governs data classification, access control and incident management, consistent with the company's ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
