Whistleblowing

The confidential channel to report breaches of the law or of the Code of Ethics, with full protection for reporters.

WHO CAN REPORT AND WHAT

Reports can be filed by employees and collaborators, suppliers and consultants, trainees, candidates and former employees. Reportable matters are breaches of national or EU rules, of the Code of Ethics or of the 231 Model learned of in the work context: not personal grievances or employment disputes, for which the ordinary channels exist.

THE INTERNAL CHANNEL

Confidential reporting platform

Reports will be filed through an external encrypted platform that keeps the reporter's identity confidential and allows dialogue even anonymously. The platform is being prepared: we will publish here the address for reporting and the name of the external provider running it.

Confidentiality and no retaliation

The reporter's identity is not disclosed without their express consent, and any retaliatory or discriminatory measure is forbidden: dismissal, demotion, transfer or other organisational measures with negative effects.

EXTERNAL CHANNELS

ANAC and public disclosure

In the cases provided for by Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023, if the internal channel is not active or the report was not followed up, the external channel managed by ANAC (anticorruzione.it) is available.
